it had a lovely setting very close to local pub the dolphin, post office, and cafes, pubs and lovely walks. i enjoyed the host. the terrace had garden view, admired it in the evening.

We had a comfortable stay in Newton Ferrers just off local pub The Dolphin, local pub, and post office. We stayed in apartment and truly enjoyed the view of river. Staff provided a dishwasher, coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge. It was quiet in the garden area.

I recently stayed at Close Quarters for a weekend getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The view from the flat was fantastic and the location was central. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower was lovely and the flat was warm, which was great considering the cold weather. The large terrace added that extra special touch to the property. The owner, Roz, was easy to communicate with and even returned a jumper I had left behind. I can't wait to book again in the future.

The location and views were absolutely stunning. having parking available was a big plus, as it made it convenient for us to bring our own car. the communication with the staff was also great, making our check-in process smooth and hassle-free.

One small issue we encountered was the powerful tap in the kitchen. If you're not careful, it can comically soak you and make a mess.

This place was mind-blowing! The beautiful, modern accommodation had all the facilities we needed, except a microwave. The comfortable bed and great shower room were superb. The jaw-dropping view of the river and Noss Mayo from the living area was absolutely stunning. The location was unbeatable, with easy parking, close proximity to shops and amenities, and three awesome pubs nearby. The compact, well-equipped apartment was tastefully decorated and had a fabulous private terrace with outdoor dining area. The free wi-fi, off-site car park, electric kettle, cookware, and flat-screen TV were all on point. We loved exploring the area with its fantastic walks and beaches. We can't wait to come back to this gem of a place!

The only minor drawbacks were the smaller lounge area, although the outstanding views made up for it, and the suspended wicker seat, which we would have preferred to be a small chair with fewer cushions. Nevertheless, these are super-critical points, and overall, we had a fantastic experience.
